Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

By creating an account or using the SoulBridge app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You may not impersonate others or create accounts to evade a suspension.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse
SoulBridge has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the App you agree that you will not post, share, or transmit content that is:
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, hateful, or discriminatory;
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative;
- Violent, graphic, or that promotes self-harm;
- Illegal, fraudulent, spam, or that infringes others' rights;
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity.
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.
4. Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking
- The App provides tools to report objectionable content or users and to block abusive users.
- When you block a user, their content is removed from your view immediately.
- We review reports and act on genuine violations by removing offending content and ejecting the offending user within 24 hours.
- We may use automated and manual filtering to detect and remove prohibited content.
5. Your Content License
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant SoulBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the App solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post.
6. App License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other users.
- No collecting or misusing other users' data.
- No attempts to disrupt, hack, or overload the service.
- No use of the App for any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the community. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
